AFC Wimbledon manager Terry Brown has told his players some of them could have blown their chance of a new contract.
The Dons may have little to play for after securing their npower League Two safety a few weeks ago, but Brown was still desperately disappointed with Saturday's 4-0 defeat at Barnet.
They host promoted Shrewsbury in their final game next weekend and Brown is demanding an improvement from whoever he picks.
"I have let them know that for some of them, that may be their last league game," said Brown.
"End-of-season games are sometimes the difference between whether or not you keep a player and some have to do a lot better next week."
