Reece Connolly has signed a new deal with Aldershot which will keep the striker at the club until June 2013 with an additional one-year option.
The 20-year-old signed his first professional contract with the Shots back in April 2010 and has recently returned from a fruitful loan spell with Farnborough where he scored 16 goals in 34 appearances.
Manager Dean Holdsworth told the club's official website: "I have always had high regard for Reece and he has great technical ability.
"He is a fantastic young man who is a great prospect for Aldershot Town Football Club and he will continue his development into a talented Football League striker."
Connolly added: "I have been at Aldershot Town for a number of years now, progressing from the youth ranks, and it is the club that I want to be at.
"I want to show the supporters that I can play at Football League level and what I can do too."
