Andy Yiadom made his debut for Barnet's second string on Tuesday night after arriving from non-league Braintree.
The winger, 20, penned a deal with the Bees on transfer deadline day and was thrown straight into action as Barnet bowed out of the Hertfordshire Senior Cup 5-0 at Stevenage.
Yiadom, who was on the books at Watford as a youngster, bagged seven goals for Blue Square Bet Premier side Braintree this season.
That form led to interest from a handful of Football League clubs and Barnet boss Lawrie Sanchez stepped in to secure his services.
