Barnet boss Martin Allen admits he needs to rebuild his struggling side's confidence as he bids to save them from the drop.
Allen's first match back in charge of the Bees ended in a 3-0 defeat at Southend last Friday, leaving them just one place and two points above the relegation zone.
The Bees host AFC Wimbledon this weekend before travelling to Burton on the final day of the season and Allen said: "We need to move on.
"It has been a while since the team won, they are struggling for confidence and we have got to get that self-belief back into the players."
