TEAMtalk takes a look at six players who are tipped to feature high on the lists of Europe's top clubs with starring performances at Euro 2012.

Ahead of the tournament, Matty Briggs and Jon Holmes look at just who the Premier League's scouts will be earmarking for potential moves this summer.

ALAN DZAGOEV (RUSSIA) - MB

Andrey Arshavin called Dzagoev "the most talented young footballer in Russia" - no pressure then.

But Dzagoev has the perfect stage to showcase his burgeoning talents at Euro 2012. The CSKA Moscow star made his international debut at 18 years and 116 days - becoming the youngest outfield player ever to compete for Russia.

After making his bow in a World Cup qualifier against Germany in 2008, the attacking midfielder was described by former Russia boss Guus Hiddink as a 'really clever player'.

However, the 21-year-old demands high standards from himself and in the same game described his performance as a 'flop'.

Modelling himself on Frank Lampard, it is no surprise that Dzagoev top scored for Russia with four goals in eight Euro 2012 qualifiers, but the midfield maestro has more in his locker than just scoring goals.

He is also a player who can play the killer pass, while his link up-play with the main striker is one of his strongest attributes and sure to keep him on the hit list of Europe's top scouts this summer.

Manchester United's scouts are already well aware of the player after he produced a smart finish for CSKA from an acute angle in a Champions League clash in 2009.

Dzagoev is quick and strong and has a wealth of experience for his age, after making his senior debut in the Russia second division with Krylia Sovetov aged just 16.

He recently recovered from a toe injury to take his place in Dick Advocaat's squad and despite being one of only two players under 25 in the Russian 23, he is sure to be one of their biggest stars.

YANN M'VILA (FRANCE) - MB

M'Vila's probable omission against England can only be good news for Roy Hodgson's men, because the Rennes star is the ultimate midfield enforcer.

The 21-year-old, who turned his ankle in a recent friendly against Serbia, has long been linked with a move to Arsenal, with some reports suggesting the starlet has already signed a pre-contract agreement with the Gunners.

French legend Marcel Desailly has described M'Vila as better than Patrick Vieira and if he shows anything like the talent of Vieira this month, then Europe's big guns will be queueing up to grab his services.

The defensive-minded M'Vila played eight times in qualifying, scoring just once, but it was his blossoming partnership with Yohan Cabaye that caught the eye.

His terrific work-rate and tackling ability has given Cabaye the perfect platform to hurt teams with his forward runs and precise passing. He is tough, disciplined and certainly the workhorse of Laurent Blanc's team, but he is also noted for building attacks from the back with his excellent range of passing.

M'Vila, who made his international debut in 2010 less than a year after making his debut in professional football, has shown great maturity and France will be desperate to get him into the action against Ukraine and Sweden, if he does sit out the Group D opener against England.

CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN (DENMARK) - MB

Eriksen, like many of Europe's top stars, has been likened to a figure from the past and already he is seen as the 'new Michael Laudrup'.

The 20-year-old has certainly taken the Danish football world by storm and if he can live up to his mighty billing, he might even surpass the achievements of Laudrup.

A creative number 10, Eriksen is the ultimate 'box of tricks' and can often be seen jinking past opponents with far bigger reputations than his. The Ajax star is deceptively quick and despite his slight build, he is notoriously difficult to wrestle the ball from.

He was a regular first teamer, but managed just the one goal in qualifying for the Danes. However, he scored eight times for Ajax in their recent title-winning season and his efforts have already seen him become a target for the Premier League's big guns.

His man-of-the-match display in the February friendly against England showed just what potential he has with his close control, incisive passing and acceleration making Liverpool's scouts stand up and take note.

After becoming the youngest player at the 2010 World Cup with a cameo appearance, he looked the part at last summer's European Under-21 Championship in his homeland and he looks all set to step up and take the stage by storm in Poland and Ukraine.

RASMUS ELM (SWEDEN) - JH

Liverpool fans have become used to seeing their team linked with Sweden midfielder Elm in recent months, but his future remains unsolved as we head into Euro 2012.

The 24-year-old only has 12 months remaining on his current deal with AZ Alkmaar and although he is not the type of player to make noises about wanting a move, there are enough top clubs interested in him to keep him firmly on the transfer radar in June and beyond.

Elm is one of several dead-ball specialists in the Sweden ranks - Kim Kallstrom and Sebastian Larsson will be competing with him for free-kicks and corners - and should start on the left side of the midfield three for Erik Hamren's side. For club side AZ, he plays more centrally.

Whether Brendan Rodgers is a fan remains to be seen, but Elm is technically gifted and could be a good fit for the new Reds boss' style of football.

However, if he shines in Ukraine, Elm will have plenty of Champions League suitors chasing him as well - Manchester United have scouted him extensively, for example - so that long-touted move to Anfield may not seem the most attractive option after all.

GREGORY VAN DER WIEL (NETHERLANDS) - JH

Chelsea continue to lead the chase for Van der Wiel, but Arsenal and Real Madrid appear to have manoeuvred themselves into the Blues' slipstream judging by recent reports.

Catching Ajax's fleet-footed right-back is no easy task, and although his club are guaranteed Champions League football again next season, the allure of a bigger and better deal away from Amsterdam is within reach for the 24-year-old.

The Dutchman denies having had contact with the Blues or anyone else thus far, but his agent Hakim Slimani says there are at least 10 top European clubs in the mix and that all offers will be entertained after Euro 2012.

Van der Wiel, whose current Ajax deal expires in summer 2013, is a guaranteed starter in Bert van Marwijk's Oranje side but a switch to Stamford Bridge is far from certain at the current time. He may prefer to see where the likes of Robin van Persie are going - don't bet against both of them ending up at Manchester City next season, for example.

Here we see van der Wiel timing his arrival perfectly to fire home a winner for Ajax away to Twente in a crucial Eredivisie clash in late April.

THEODOR GEBRE SELASSIE (CZECH REPUBLIC) - JH

In truth, not much is expected of the Czechs at Euro 2012 but with attacking full-backs always in demand from the top clubs, Gebre Selassie could end up a winner of sorts this summer.

Having only made his national-team debut last summer, the 25-year-old has been attracting rave reviews after an outstanding season with champions Slovan Liberec.

The first black player to represent the Czechs, Gebre Selassie will start on the right side of the defence for Michal Bilek's men and loves to get forward and link up with the attack.

Should he fulfil his potential on his three outings in Group A in Wroclaw, he could well have a host of options, including Premier League interest.
