Bolton boss Owen Coyle insists his struggling side have nothing to fear from away trips to Chelsea and Manchester City in the next fortnight.
Next-bottom Wanderers gave themselves a confidence boost by progressing to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup with victory over Milwall at the weekend.
And although much tougher challenges await at Stamford Bridge and the Etihad Stadium against top-four opposition Coyle remains optimistic.
"I always say as long as we came out of the Chelsea and Man City games still in touch - as we will be - we will have played five of the top six again, we have then got games we are more than capable of winning," he told the Bolton Evening News.
"It's not giving up on these next two games because I believe we can go and get points at Chelsea and City.
"People might think that is a bit foolhardy but if we go and be as solid as we can be and be dangerous on the counter-attack we are capable of causing any team problems."
