Caretaker boss Paul Groves does still not know whether he will be in charge at Bournemouth next season after a 1-1 draw at Scunthorpe.
Bournemouth took the lead after 42 minutes with a fine solo goal from former Scunthorpe loanee Donal McDermott.
But substitute Garry Thompson struck in the 79th minute to earn the Iron their 22nd draw of the season and deny the Cherries a first away win of 2012.
"I am sure, just the same as at any other club, there will be a lot of people interested in the job," Groves declared.
"I have not heard anything about next season, I am just trying to concentrate on one game at a time."
