Bournemouth midfielder Wes Fogden is making progress with a shoulder injury he sustained at the end of last season.
The 24-year-old has since had surgery to try and correct the problem and has recently returned to ball work.
He told the club's official website: "The movement is lacking a little so I need to build up the strength after not doing anything for so long when it was held up in a sling.
"Day-by-day I'm doing little bits - it's all about making smalls steps and persevering. I'm doing running now so it's all slowly coming together.
"It's just about being patient before I can get back into full-contact training, but I'm now starting to have sessions with the balls and joining in with the lads."
