Parkinson: Will rotate his squad

Parkinson: Will rotate his squad

Bradford boss Phil Parkinson knows he will have make full use of his squad after a 1-1 draw with Northampton in the FA Cup.

Will Atkinson gave Capital One Cup giantkillers City the lead at the break but Louis Moult cancelled that out with his second goal in as many games.

Having been taken to extra-time and penalties in the midweek victory over Wigan Athletic, City now face another extra fixture but Parkinson isn't complaining.

He said: "At the start of the week I spoke to the chairman and he said to be in the hat for one of the cups would be good, so to be in both is a real achievement and is great for us.

"We've had so many games, it's beyond belief and we're going to have to keep rotating the team and picking and choosing because there's no way the same 11 can play every game.

"A lot of teams will have thought Tuesday will have taken a lot out of us, and also the fact we went 120 minutes, and so it was pleasing to play the way we did despite that."
