Team news for Saturday's League One clash between Brentford and Wycombe at Griffin Park.

Clayton Donaldson is pushing to return to Brentford's starting line-up.

Striker Donaldson started last week's 3-2 defeat at Huddersfield on the bench but could be recalled to partner Gary Alexander in attack at home.

The Bees are still without defender Karleigh Osborne and midfielder Kevin O'Connor.

Osborne, who has not featured since October due to a foot injury followed by a dead-leg, may have played his last game for the club after holding talks with Reading about a move earlier this week.

Skipper O'Connor is on the mend following a foot injury but will not be ready for another couple of weeks.

On-loan winger Piero Mingoia has gone back early to parent club Watford.

Meanwhile, on-loan midfielder James Harper will be in the Wycombe squad.

Harper has joined the Chairboys on a one-month deal from Hull and is likely to make his debut for the Buckinghamshire club at Griffin Park.

Matt McClure marked his return to action after dislocating his ankle in August with a goal for the reserves in midweek and the 20-year-old striker is closing in on a comeback for the first team.

Centre-back Leon Johnson has resumed full training after having stitches in a gashed knee, but fellow defender Dave Winfield will remain on the sidelines with his knee injury.

Midfielder John Halls will be out for up to 10 weeks after he underwent surgery on a long-standing Achilles problem this week.
