Jay Rodriguez is happy to still be a Burnley player and remains focused on his new target of 20 goals this season.
Rodriguez was the subject of transfer speculation throughout January, but took to the field hours before Tuesday's deadline to net both goals in the Clarets' 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest.
A header in each half took the 22-year-old striker's tally to 16 in all competitions - outstripping the 15 he managed last term - and he remains on course for his revised milestone as Eddie Howe's in-form side step up their chase for the npower Championship play-offs.
"I am enjoying myself here and I'm looking forward to seeing where we are at the end of the season," Rodriguez told Burnley's official website. "I think we can go all the way but we are not going to get carried away.
"At the start of the season I just wanted to score more than I did last year which was 15. Now I want 20 but I will just keep working hard and see where it takes me.
"I am looking forward to the future. The team is looking stronger and stronger each week and it's a joy to be training and playing with the lads."
