Caretaker boss Gary Rowett has called on his Burton players to regain lost pride in their final two games of the season.

Albion have lost their last two matches 7-1 to Bristol Rovers and 4-0 to Aldershot.

It has left fans questioning whether Rowett is the right man to succeed Paul Peschisolido on a permanent basis, but Rowett in not concerned by the possible impact on his job prospects.

"I keep getting asked about the effect these results are having on my chances of getting the job, but I'm not bothered about that," he told the club's official website. "I'm more bothered about the fact that we need to go out there and show a bit of pride.

"The fans turn up and pay their hard earned money wanting to see a bit of enthusiasm, energy and commitment, but they haven't had that in the last two games."
