Stevenage will hold a pitch inspection to determine whether their League One fixture against Carlisle will go ahead.
Like many parts of the country this week, Hertfordshire has been hit by snow and freezing temperatures.
Boro fans have been helping to clear the snow from the playing surface and surrounding areas of the Lamex Stadium in recent days and the club are confident that the game will take place.
A statement on Stevenage's official website said: "Stevenage will be holding a pitch inspection at 11am tomorrow (Friday). The club are hopeful that the game will go ahead."
Boro have not played since beating Notts County in the FA Cup fourth round on January 28.
Subsequent games against County and Oldham were called off, meaning Stevenage have not been in League One action since January 24 and manager Gary Smith is still waiting to take charge of his first league match.
