Brighton midfielder Gary Dicker has made a return to light training as he steps up his recovery from a broken leg.
Dicker, who suffered a fractured fibula against West Ham in October, has resumed light training on the Amex pitch.
"It's nice to get out onto the grass and away from the four walls of the physio's room," the 25-year-old told the club's official website.
"It's been a tough three months but it's great to be out jogging again.
"I've not really set any targets but I want to be back fit during March so that's my goal.
"I will be back fit for an important part of the season and if we can finish the season how we started it we have a great chance of the play-offs."
