A consortium fronted by Gianni Paladini has made a renewed offer to buy Birmingham.
The former QPR chairman is fronting a group which had a £25million bid rejected in September and has now come back with a £30million offer.
Paladini's consortium is not the only one interested in buying out Carson Yeung, who is currently in Hong Kong awaiting trial on money-laundering charges.
Acting chairman Peter Pannu last month revealed talks with two unnamed groups, though the club is not officially for sale.
