Nottingham Forest have signed promising winger Stephen McLaughlin from Irish side Derry City.
The City Ground club have paid an undisclosed fee and agreed a three-and-a-half year contract with the 22-year-old starlet, who has been in impressive form in the League of Ireland.
McLaughlin caught the eye of Forest scouts and completed a successful trial with the Reds in December.
Chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi told the club's official website: "Stephen is an exciting young talent who been attracting attention from a number of other English clubs.
"We are delighted he is joining us and look forward to helping him develop his career and fulfilling his great potential."
