Former West Ham left-back Jordan Brown has left Crewe following a week's trial with the League Two outfit.
Brown was offered a second week of training with Steve Davis' squad but did not report to Alex's Reaseheath training base.
"Jordan had a week with us and we offered him a second week," Davis told the club's official website.
"We left it up to him to decide what he wanted to do and he hasn't been back.
"I think he has returned to London and is training down there.
"We wanted to have a further look at him because we were not totally convinced after a week and we move on from that one."
