Wycombe Wanderers defender James Tunnicliffe has joined Crewe on a month-long loan deal.
Tunnicliffe will remain with the League Two club until March 11, making him available to Alex for eight matches, weather permitting.
Tunnicliffe was a regular in the Wycombe side at the start of the season but has recently found first-team opportunities at Adams Park limited. He has not played for Wanderers since the 6-0 home defeat to Huddersfield on January 6.
The 23-year-old will go straight into the Crewe squad for the game against local rivals Port Vale on Saturday.
