John Still is confident Dagenham will avoid relegation if they can replicate their winning display at Port Vale on Saturday.
Mickey Spillane headed the Daggers in front from Damien McCrory's right-wing free-kick at Vale Park before goalkeeper Chris Lewington put the seal on all three points when he saved Marc Richards' 83rd-minute penalty.
The impressive victory stretched in-form Dagenham's unbeaten run to four games and leaves them 19th in the League Two table, five points clear of danger with six games remaining.
Manager Still said: "I thought the win was deserved and if we keep putting in this level of performance then we should be fine.
"I'm very happy for everyone involved with the club because 10 points out of 12 is a great return."
