Doncaster midfielder Martin Woods has called on the whole squad to replace the goals of departed top scorer Billy Sharp.

Sharp, who bagged 10 goals for Rovers this term, was sold to npower Championship rivals Southampton last week after they activated a release clause in his contract.

And Woods, who has recently returned from a lengthy injury lay-off, wants everyone to contribute in Sharp's absence.

"We should all be chucking in with goals. Billy is going to be a big miss and his goals will be hard to replace," he said.

"That is something that none of us are frightened to do.

"They could come from anywhere, set plays or from midfielders running in late to the box. We won't care as long as we get the results."
