Artur Krysiak has paid tribute to the support of the Exeter coaching staff after enduring an up and down season with the Grecians.
Goalkeeper Krysiak, whose error gifted Charlton a 1-0 victory at St James' Park on Saturday, insists the backing of the management team at the Devon club has never wavered.
"Exeter is a small club but there's a strong group of coaches down here. They are more than happy to help and straighten me out when I need it," he said.
"As a young player we want to play every game as best we can, but sometimes little mistakes come and we have to focus and not let them get you down.
"Paul Tisdale (the Exeter manager) understands I will make mistakes and that's why it's good that he's made a point to back me every time."
