Exeter captain David Noble feels his future at the club is uncertain after their relegation from League One was confirmed at the weekend.
Paul Tisdale's men saw their three-year stay in the third tier come to an end with a 4-1 defeat at play-off chasing Carlisle.
"I'm going to have to have a chat with the manager and the staff and see what their views are," Noble told BBC Radio Devon.
"They might not want me here next season, I haven't spoken to them yet, but that will come I'm sure."
Noble, 30, joined Exeter from Bristol City in January 2010 and has made 45 appearances this term.
