The former Bees boss was staring at defeat when Tresor Kandol and Richard Graham put the hosts 3-1 ahead but Ben Chorley's penalty and Dyer's injury-time strike broke home hearts.

Ian Hendon opened the scoring from the spot after Drissa Diallo fouled Simon King.

But the Dons were level on the stroke of half-time when Sean O'Hanlon tapped in Dean Lewington's corner.

Nine minutes after the break Hendon released Kandol - who exchanged passes with Dean Sinclair - before firing home and three minutes later Nicky Bailey sent Kandol clear and he rounded Adolfo Baines before crossing for Graham.

But Chorley pulled one back after Aaron Wilbraham was bundled over by Anthony Charles and the Dons grabbed a point when Chorley's long ball caused havoc and Dyer smashed the equaliser.
