Birmingham captain Lee Carsley insists Blues have not yet come close to hitting top gear - despite their 100 per cent record so far.

City are one of only three Championship clubs with a perfect winning record after two games.
But Carsley told the club's official website: "There is still a lot more to come and we are by no means in top gear yet.
"There are four or five new players and I'm sure as soon as we all start to gel and get a bit of belief that we can win every single game."
