Bolton manager Gary Megson believes skipper Kevin Nolan has all the right qualities to move into management when he retires from playing.
Megson says Nolan has displayed the right mental toughness and motivational skills to bring out the best of his team-mates.
The Trotters boss told the club's official website: "I'm sure in time he'll fancy going into coaching and management and he'll learn some other things then, but in terms of where he is at the moment as a player, the captain and a long standing player at Bolton, I couldn't ask any more.
"He can get better and he can have a better season next season, but that applies to everybody else as well."

gary1063 (Bolton Wanderers) : "...I know its only paper talk etc but the only players Megson seems to be linked with are from the lower divisions. Not the sort of players you & I would have hoped for & they would not improve the team or squad. But lets just wait & see. ..." view full comment
