Helguson makes Rangers loan move

New Queens Park Rangers boss Paulo Sousa has made Bolton Wanderers striker Heidar Helguson his first signing for the Hoops.

The 31-year-old Icelander has moved on loan until the end of January and goes straight into the Rangers squad for the Championship match at former club Watford on Saturday.

Helguson has struggled with injuries since joining Bolton from Fulham in July last year and has made just one Premier League appearance this season.
