Charlton defender Kelly Youga has signed a new three-year contract to keep him with the Addicks until June 2011.
The 22-year-old French full-back, who spent the first half of the season on loan at Scunthorpe before breaking into the Addicks first team, has commited himself to the south-east Londoners until 2011.
"Kelly is one of our up and coming young players and I have high hopes for him next season," manager Alan Pardew told the club's official website.
"He gained good experience this season so we are pleased to secure him for the next three years. Hopefully he can continue to develop."
