Holland misses out on Spain trip
Charlton captain Matt Holland, who has signed a new one-year deal, has missed out on the club's pre-season trip to Spain through injury.

The experienced midfielder has remained in England for treatment after picking up a knock during the recent pre-season friendly against Braintree.
"Our head physiotherapist Steve Allen felt he would get better staying in England than coming out here and not being able to train," said assistant-manager Phil Parkinson.
"But if anyone can get back quickly after injury then it's Matty."
