Yeovil are expected to complete the signing of Everton striker Aidan Downes on a two-year deal when his contract expires on July 1.
The 19-year-old striker, who scored one goal in five appearances while on loan at the Glovers in the latter part of the season, has been told he is surplus to requirements at Everton.
Manager Russell Slade told the club's official website: "I'm really pleased to have secured Aidan's services for the next two years.
"He made a good start with us and topped that off with a great goal against Swansea.
"I hope that's the first of many for Yeovil."
