Jimmy Bullard reckons a good start is crucial for Fulham if they are to avoid a battle against relegation in the Premier League this season.
Fulham spent last term embroiled in a fight to beat the drop before climbing to safety in the closing weeks of the campaign.
Bullard's return from injury in the second half of last season was a key factor in the club maintaining their top flight status.

"Nobody wants to be down at the bottom of the table again," said Bullard in the Daily Star.
"We didn't have a great start to last season, so the challenge for us now is to start this new campaign like we finished the old one.
"Belief is the key for us and if we come out of the traps flying we won't be down there again."
