Blackpool boss Simon Grayson is hoping to persuade Spurs' Joe Martin to return to Bloomfield Road after a successful loan spell last season.
Grayson was impressed with the left-sided youngster, who made his one and only appearance in the final fixture of the campaign against Watford.
"I was desperate to get him some football because he had looked bright in training," Grayson told the Blackpool Gazette.
"Joe didn't let anyone down. It was his Football League debut but I thought he did ever so well and he has an excellent left foot.
"The way he took his chance proves he is a good player who can do it at this level."
