Managerless QPR have signed Czech goalkeeper Radek Cerny from Tottenham and defender Peter Ramage from Newcastle.
Cerny, 34, has been on loan at White Hart Lane from Slavia Prague since 2005 and this season displaced England keeper Paul Robinson in the Spurs first team, but he is now swapping north London for a two-year deal with the ambitious west Londoners.
Ramage, 24, has agreed a three-year deal at Loftus Road after Toon manager Kevin Keegan admitted he could not guarantee him first-team football at St James' Park.
Rangers, who are expected to be among the favourites for promotion to the Championship next season with the heavy investment from Bernie Ecclestone, Flavio Briatore and Lakshmi Mittal, are still without a manager after parting company with Luigi De Canio last week.
Former Hoops striker Iain Dowie has been linked with the role.
