Birmingham City manager Alex McLeish claims the striker spots at St Andrews are there to be won as he eyes more goals for Blues.
City currently lead the way in the Championship but have been heavily outscored by nearest rivals Wolves and Reading.
So McLeish is calling on his forwards to score the goals that will secure their places and maintain his side's lead at the top.
He told the Birmingham Mail: "We haven't been prolific yet, the strikers are all vying for contention.
"I keep saying I'm throwing down the gauntlet, it's up to them to pick it up and make it really hard for me to leave them out.
"They have been much of a muchness without anybody being outstandingly better than the other - that's why I have chopped and changed it a little bit."
