Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock has confirmed Gary Teale and Russell Anderson have returned to Derby and Sunderland respectively.
Winger Teale and defender Anderson had both been on loan at Home Park but the Scotland internationals have now returned to their parent clubs.
Sturrock said: "Gary had to go back, Derby have another week to go and the same with the boy Anderson at Sunderland.
"They will have conversations with their managers while they are up there.
"I have had conversations with their management teams and I have had a discussion with the players.
"Until they have talks with their management teams and their agents there really is nothing more to be said."
