A date has been set for a tribunal to determine how much compensation Derby must pay Tranmere for left winger Stephen Davies.
The 20-year-old midfielder, who can also play as a striker, joined County last month after his contract at Prenton Park expired.
Davies is under the age of 24 so Tranmere are entitled to compensation. The amount will be decided at a tribunal in Manchester on August 5.
Davies made 71 appearances and scored five goals in just under three years for Tranmere after coming through the club's academy but spent much of last season out injured.
He began the campaign by scoring two goals in eight starts but was then ruled out for almost six months in September after he suffered knee ligament damage.
