Leicester manager Nigel Pearson has been pleased with the way his players have risen to the challenge of being a valued scalp in League One.
The Foxes have made a steady start to their first-ever campaign in English football's third tier, recording an opening-day 2-0 victory over MK Dons and a goalless draw at another newly-promoted side Stockport.
"We are going to be a target for people this season, no doubt about that, and we have certainly rose to the challenge pretty well," said Pearson.
"We have had a decent start but it is far too early to form any opinions about who is going to be up among the leaders towards the end of the season.
"We have got to strive to reach the level of performance we are capable of."
