Plymouth Argyle manager Paul Sturrock has hailed the performances of recalled target man Rory Fallon, saying he is "working his tail off".
Fallon kept his place for the 2-1 victory at Crystal Palace after making a favourable impression on his recall to the side against Watford.
Sturrock enthused: "The real Rory is here at the moment and long may that be the case.
"Now and then he disappears but the full-blooded Rory is here at this minute in time.
"He's working his tail off, winning aerial battles and holding the ball up for us.
"He's now beginning to appreciate what he can achieve."
