The 24-year-old played 15 games on loan with the Reds last season after losing his first-team place at Loftus Road to veteran Czech Radek Cerny.

Camp will now undergo a medical in the next 24 hours prior to agreeing a permanent switch to the City Ground.

Forest manager Billy Davies worked with Camp at Derby and wants him to challenge Paul Smith for the number one shirt.
