Matejovsky set for Royals recall

Reading manager Steve Coppell said Marek Matejovsky is "more than likely" to be named in the starting line-up for their crucial game at Derby.

The Royals need to win their last game of the season but also need to rely on other results if they are to stand a chance of staying in the Premier League.

The Czech midfielder has been on the bench for the last three games and almost scored against Spurs on Saturday and Coppell told the club's official website: "It's more than likely as obviously we have to score to win.

"We might be more solid with other combinations in the team, but we've got to win and choose an attacking team.

"There might be a couple of changes, not substantial. The core of the team has been the same.

"I've had faith in the team, that still remains. We've got one game to achieve our ambition this year. If we do it, what a day it will be."
