Reading defender Liam Rosenior believes the 'pain of relegation' from the Premier League is beginning to fade from the Madejski Stadium.
Steve Coppell's side moved to within three points of the summit of the Championship with yet another home win over Burnley on Saturday and Rosenior believes the players are back to their best.
He said: "We've got some good players here and maybe that was forgotten toward the end of last season.
"We've got players with Premier League ambitions and international players.
"The pain of relegation takes time to get over but we're beginning to do that now and starting to show again that we are good players."
