Hunt suffered an ankle injury back in March and was thrown on by manager Brendan Rodgers with 20 minutes remaining as the Royals trailed 1-0.

He headed in a Jimmy Kebe cross to equalise in the 77th minute and then grabbed the winner with three minutes remaining.

Fellow substitute James Henry played him in on goal and the Republic of Ireland striker was able to round the goalkeeper and slot home.
