Louis Boa Morte admits he is unhappy at West Ham and is seeking talks with Alan Curbishley after a difficult season at Upton Park.
The Portuguese forward has been on the receiving end of abuse from Hammers fans and the former Fulham man conceedes he has become disillusioned by the treatment given to him by some supporters.
"I've got two years left (on my contract) at West Ham but I don't like the situation and we'll see what happens in the summer," said Boa Morte.
"I will sit down with the chairman and the manager and speak to them about it and find the best solution.
"Nobody likes to get booed every week when your name is read out and when you touch the ball, so it is not a good situation."
Boa Morte, capped 25 times by Portugal, joined the Hammers from Fulham in January 2007 for a fee believed to be in the region of £5million and has made 26 Premier League starts for Curbishley's men.

"Ahhhhh. Bless.... maybe if he could actually shoot straight or lay on a decent cross then maybe we would be more sympathetic but he really hasn't been the creative influence we all hoped he would be. I was really looking forward to having a nippy left winger but never mind. "

"A Nearly man who thinks he's bigger than his club. Best thing the Hammers can do is ditch him & other under achievers like him. Is Dean Ashton the nearest thing to Shearer when fit? he looks the part TBH"
