Bournemouth midfielder Danny Hollands has targeted a return to action by September after successfully undergoing knee surgery.
Hollands went under the knife last week to repair a cartilage tear in his left knee and is confident he is on the road to recovery.

"It's not as bad as it could have been so hopefully by the middle of September I'll be aiming to come back and play.
"I can go on the bike in the next couple of days and I'm looking to run probably between the next seven to 10 days. I'll see how all that goes then get back in the swing of things."
