McCall thinks fan power is key

Bradford boss Stuart McCall hopes fan power can help lure the best lower league players to Valley Parade during this summer's transfer window.

McCall: Supporters will lure players

He is confident of drafting in the "five or six quality signings" required to mount a promotion challenge.

McCall said: "Players love to perform in front of big crowds and if it comes down to a toss-up between signing for us or a number of other clubs in League Two, then I would be disappointed to lose out."

He added: "We're not going to lure anyone from the Championship or anything like that.

"But as long as they are quality players for this level and are good enough to hopefully take us up, then that's all I want."
