Wrexham defender Carl Tremarco has played down speculation he could be poised to join rivals Chester and insists he is mulling over a new deal.
The Dragons have offered the 22-year-old free agent a new deal at the Racecourse Ground.
But Tremarco, signed from Tranmere in January, admits he is playing the waiting game as he ponders his future.
"Wrexham have made me a pretty decent offer and there is nothing else on the table at the moment," Tremarco told the Chester Chronicle.
"Obviously I would like to stay in the Football League but the deal has to be right for me.
"I am going to wait a couple of weeks, take some time out before I let Wrexham know what my decision is on their offer. I am not too concerned about it to be honest."
