Brentford boss Andy Scott continues his preparations for next season by placing John Mousinho on the transfer list and releasing Ricky Shakes.
Midfielder Mousinho joined the club in 2005 and has scored two goals in 45 league appearances for the Bees.
Scott told the club's website: "John has been here for a few years and needs to play regularly to be able to improve and further his career in football. I have made him available for transfer with immediate effect - this could be permanent, although a loan could also be considered - whatever is for the benefit of the club."
Shakes joined the club at the start of the season and signed a one-year deal at Griffin Park, where he made 25 league starts and scored four goals, but is being released with immediate effect.
