Cheltenham manager Keith Downing is running the rule over Swiss midfielder Gregory Duruz with a view to handing him a permanent contract.
The 31-year-old - a former Switzerland Under-21 international - is a free agent after being released by FC Chiasso.
And Downing told the Gloucester Citizen: "An agent has invited us to have a look at him.
"He's done quite well in training, and looks neat and tidy as you would expect from a foreign player."
