Craig Armstrong, Andy Lindegaard, Lee Ridley and Josh Low are all available having been told they could leave at the end of last month.

Jerry Gill and Aaron Ledgister have already made their way to Forest Green and Chippenham Town respectively and, having started with all four in the midweek defeat to Walsall, Allen is prepared to let them get out on loan for the benefit of all involved.

Allen told BBC Gloucestershire: "There were a lot of scouts here watching them so we'll see what happens.

"They've been told that the level of performance required at this club has gone up and they'll have to improve."
