Simpson: We went back to basics
Shrewsbury manager Paul Simpson believes his team made a good Gillingham side look poor in their scintillating 7-0 masterclass on Saturday.

Michael Jackson, Ben Davies (2), Dave Hibbert, Graham Coughlan, Grant Holt and Shane Candsell-Sheriff had a field day as the Gills capitulated at the New Meadow.
"After we scored, we were outstanding and made a good side look poor," said Simpson.
"We asked for a reaction to last Saturday's defeat and you can't ask for any more.
"I just hope we haven't used up seven goals when, one day soon, we'll be looking for just one. Today happened because we went back to the basics of good passing."
