"stinger69 (Aston Villa fan) I think you will find the point Rafa was trying to make is that there will be no let up, (like newcastle back in the day with a nice lead, they let up and man utd beat them tot he title)."

"15 mill a year for jose, now if that aint paper talk i dont know what is!!!!"

"Rafa must be dreaming if he thinks Liverpool can ever take a lead of 20 points over Man Utd !!!"

Jez_w67 (Newcastle United fan)

"Mamajyot... comment on form is a little incorrect... been out most of this seasona nd he's still the highest goalscorer and his form is probably better than Torres... I believe it was 5 goals in 6 games! However, I would agree wholeheartedly that he should honour the club that has remained loyal to him, even in difficult times. But Owen, despite everything he says is a mecenary, out to play for the most money and has no loyalty. I fully expect him to walk at the end of his contract... like he did for Liverpool (I think). And if he was after trophies, well, coming to NUFC was a mistake... "

"I'll Think you'll find michael owen didnt want to leave liverpool my friend............!!!"

Kop_19 (Liverpool fan)

"yup..the loser owen left L'pool to win trophies..hasn't even won one..while had he stayed he cud have champions league,fa cup, supercup, charity shield and maybe just maybe EPL trophy"

Mamajyot (Liverpool fan)

"Michael Owen should concentrate on sorting himself and his form out first before asking the club to sort itself out. Newcastle despite all their problems have been loyal to Owen so its time this over-rated underachieving striker proves himself. He left 'Pool to win trophies..... Hmmmm..... he could have won a champions league medal if he stayed put....."
